DROP OFF TIMES
All youth need to be dropped off at the main entrance between 3-5pm on Thursday afternoon at the Langley Events Center 7888- 200th Street, Langley, BC, V2Y 3J4.Friday morning activities begin at 7:30am at the Langley event center. Please come on time!
Saturday morning activities begin at 7:30am at the temple site, (weather permitting please check the blog) Please come on time!
PICK UP TIMES
Instructions for youth pick up from TYC at the Langley Events Centre in the evening. One parent must come inside to "sign out" their youth before they can leave. Any youth with an N status liscence who will be driving themselves, must still sign out each night.
All entrances will be labeled with signs.
Thursday and Friday night 10:30 pm:
Bellingham Youth- pick up at entrance Z- (northeast entrance)
Abbotsford Youth (excluding Maple Ridge)- pick up at entrance Y- (southeast entrance)
Prince George, Nanaimo, Victoria, and Vernon youth that have arranged their own accomodation- pick up at entrance X- (southwest front of the building)
Surrey, Vancouver, and Maple Ridge- entrance W ( northwest front of building)
All youth that are being billeted- these youth will go to the arena section that will be designated on their wristbands that they will receive during Sign-In. They will meet their host family parents at these sections.
Saturday Night after the show (9pmish).
Bellingham- entrance Z
Surrey, Vancouver, and Maple Ridge- entrance W
Abbotsford (except Maple Ridge)- entrance Y
Vernon- stay inside the arena to meet your stake youth leaders to board the bus to head back to Vernon
Prince George-stay inside the arena to meet your leaders to board the bus to head back to PG
PG, Vernon, Victoria, and Nanaimo youth that are going home with their parents must exit using entrance X
All youth that are still billeting for Saturday night will go to the same sections they went to on Thursday and Friday evening.
Children's Choir need to be picked by a parent from inside the Langley Event Center Gym that will be clearly labeled.
NOTE: All youth that are going home on Saturday, must bring their luggage with them on Saturday morning when they arrive at the Temple View Chapel. All luggage will be stored at the YSA chapel (old Langley building) on the Saturday.
